Massage Modalities & Approach

No two bodies are alike, and no two sessions should be either.

Rather than asking clients to choose from a long menu of massage styles, Forma offers a single customized treatment experience. Each session is tailored to the individual, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic and restorative modalities based on your goals, preferences, assessment findings, and how your body responds throughout the treatment.

Some clients arrive seeking relief from pain, injury, mobility restrictions, or chronic tension. Others are looking for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and restoration. Most benefit from a thoughtful blend of both, which is what clients can typically expect during a session with Audrey.

If you have a specific modality you enjoy or would like incorporated into your treatment, that request is always welcome. Likewise, if you prefer a more intuitive approach, Audrey will thoughtfully select and blend techniques to create the most effective session for your needs that day.

The modalities below represent areas of advanced training and continuing education that may be incorporated into treatment, allowing each session to be personalized with intention, precision, and responsiveness.

THERAPEUTIC MODALITIES
