Meet the Founder: Audrey Wallace, Licensed Massage Therapist

Originally from Michigan, Audrey has been rooted in Western Wyoming for 10 years. She is the founder of Wyoming practices Forma Mobile Massage and Wind River O2 Spa. Since beginning her massage therapy career, she has dedicated thousands of hours to refining a highly curated approach to bodywork that bridges advanced therapeutic techniques with restorative, flow-state modalities.

In 2022, Audrey founded her flagship studio and began building a practice centered on individualized care, exceptional service, and meaningful results. Over the years, her work has evolved into a distinctive style that draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities while remaining responsive and intuitive to the unique needs of each client.

Audrey works with a diverse range of clients, from those navigating chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, mobility restrictions, and complex musculoskeletal conditions to travelers, athletes, expectant mothers, and busy professionals seeking restoration and recovery. Regardless of the reason for booking or the season of life, every session is thoughtfully tailored with curiosity and intention.

Forma was created to offer a refined mobile massage experience for those who value both exceptional therapeutic work and elevated service. From the quality of the linens and products used to the thoughtful details surrounding each session, every element is selected with the same care and intention that informs the treatment itself.

Forma Mobile Massage brings this level of expertise directly to the homes, hotels, ranches, and vacation rentals of Jackson Hole, Teton Village, Wilson, and the surrounding communities. For Audrey, massage therapy is both a science and an art. Her commitment to continuing education, professional development, and elevated industry standards continues to shape every treatment she provides.

When she isn't working with clients, Audrey enjoys distance running and trail races, open water swimming, exploring Wyoming's wide-open landscapes, and spending time outdoors with her friends and family. Her appreciation for movement and resilience informs many aspects of her work and deepens her understanding of the demands placed on active bodies, whether training for an event, recovering from an injury, or simply navigating the physical and mental demands of everyday life.
